I had a fitness evaluation tonight at my gym... it was kinda discouraging actually... I met with a trainer who took the basics and told me some crap that I already knew... like that I should be working out aerobically 30 min 5 days a week... and strength training 3 times a week. Plus some basic nutritional advice. She also tested how many situps and push ups I could do in minute. I can do 56 situps in 60 seconds, and 36 (girly) pushups in 60 seconds... I was kinda proud of that. But then she did the BMI stuff... and basically I have 34% body fat and 28.6% muscle... while my muscle content is a 3 out of 5... or "Good" my body fat is in the worst category... "very poor". That sucked. And it was really discouraging... cause really, I've lost 40-50 pounds, and have been working out to a level that I can actually tell muscularly... and... I come out of the test results as "very poor"...that sucks... and while I try not to take it as a discouragement... it was. And that sucks.
