Metagenics

nirvelli_lynnToday I went to a conferent for Metagenics... "The Neurobiology of Mood and Cognitive Disorders" by Jay Lombard, DO. It was interesting, but really really technical. You could tell he was used to talking to other doctors and this audience was mixed... thank gods I actually have a clue... but wow was it technical! I learned about my personal deficites and a lot about a lot of other deficites too. Everything from Seratonin, Dopamine, Melatonin, and Acetycholine. So basically... i know lots about how to help sleep disorders, cognative disorders, and other neurotransmitter imbalances... kinda nifty. :)
