Me picking up the phone: "Good morning [company name]."

Woman: "Is this Michigan Rehab?"

Me: "No it not. You have the wrong number."

Woman:  "Do you have the number to Michigan Rehab?"

Me: "No I don't."

Woman: "Can you look it up?"

Me: "No right now I can't."

Woman (starting to get snotty): "Don't you have a phone book?"

Me: "No not in this office."

Woman: "Well then, what good are you?"
