Concert countdown

Sistrum sings tonight. I'm both nervous and non-plused. Though, the non-plused part is more just ignoring emotions. This concert season has been especially difficult. My stress level has been magnified 20x, and it's been showing. My mom/boss even talked to me about how neurotic I've been acting and was a bit concerned, both on a personal and business level. Today I even left my keys in Erica's car and (Thankfully!) Nikki was able to give me a ride into the office. I'm still tired even though I got just over 8 hours of sleep. Now it's coffee time. *le sigh* Oh, and still don't have a new christmas gift for warsop. Dadra, Nikki, Erica, Jim, Mom and Casey are covered. And I'm going in on a gift for my Dad. so much to do... so little time...

I love my brother. :) He's starting MSU next month and is currently entering for a scholarship. He writes so well. He just let me read his entrance essay to MSU. Yeah... the kid is pretty kewl. He does come off as an ass at times, but I think even that is mellowing down. I just helped him with part of the application an update his resume. I'm very proud of him... and I like feeling proud of him! :) Each of us had to find our own path. His path was and is quite different than mine. But I think we're both gonna be just fine.

Erica is not feeling up the concert tonight. She's really freaking out about an exam that she think she did poorly on. The problem is, the exam is only offered once a year. So if she doesn't pass it, she's stuck as an undergrad for a whole nother year.
