Today I'm tired, my head hurts mildly, and I just threw up my first attempt at new herbie stuff. The bottle said to take it with food... I guess coffee with cream doesn't count. I try them again tonight WITH food. Rough night... took care of the dog solo so Erica could sleep. Tired now. Skipped Olympics for Buffy. Good choice.

Yesterday took china to GR to get de-sexed. I spent the day in Panera Bread and then went to see the move "8 Below". Liked it. Cried a lot.

Today I'm off to GR to see a patient. I know I'll feel better after I eat... must do that.

(no subject)

I have a knot underneath my shoulder blade that feels like a big dull knife that stabs every time I sit up straight. Not fun. I also just realized that I have adapted aquatics tonight => I'm not getting home until nearly 10pm. And I'm tired already.

You know, for having the day off yesterday, I'm pretty tired in all aspects of the word. I think last night just drained everything in me.
