The chamber dinner went quite well. Erica got a few job leads and I made some nice nice with the community which possibly some referrals in the future. Nifty. Sistrum had a 'retreat' this morning which was 4 hours of intense music learning. Good but long. Tonight we're going to Kristen's to play Eucher. She & her partner have monthy gatherings and we've wanted to go for awhile. Tonight's the first.
In other news, Erica and I opened the conversation about children again...actually, I should say that she brought it up. We decided to slowly start moving in the general direction by getting some basics started... like getting her life insurance, and get some documents in place to solidify our relationship (legally). We're also going to check out the adoption center in A2. I liked them before and want to get in touch with them again. Both Adoption and having children is still up for debate. Though I'll admit, as some point, I want to adopt. We're not setting a date or saying we want to have kids in x period of time. We're just going to start the ball rolling to the capacity and speed we are able.
